MONITORING & TROUBLESHOOTING

Notification history

The Notification History page shows a real-time list of all notifications sent by your application. It helps you monitor delivery, review message details, and troubleshoot issues across different channels like email, SMS, or push.

Each row in the list represents a single notification, with useful information like:

  • The notification ID
  • The template used
  • The date when it was sent
  • The delivery status
  • An Actions column where you can view full notification details

You can filter notifications by:

  • Application
  • Template
  • Date range
  • Status

This makes it easy to focus on what matters, whether you’re checking failed deliveries or reviewing messages for a specific campaign.

Notification details

Clicking on Details opens a panel with full information, including:

  • Notification information (ID, application, template used, date)

    • For example, for an email notification:
      • Channel: Email
      • Subject
      • Body
