You may use any channel you like
We support E-mail, Teams, Slack, WhatsApp, SMS and other channels are reviewed constantly. For each channel where possible multiple set-ups are available: customers may use an internal mail server or external service
You may track the status of notifications, including destination reaching
We offer five levels of monitoring for the customer to track both messages and the system status. Tracking delivery for each recipient and channel. Also, we sign each message with a ID for the template and Notification ID so is transparent and easy to find, offering configurable message retention policy.
You adapt the form of the notifications
Templates are designed by the integration teams by using advanced techniques enabling the creation of sophisticated template models: HTML templates, with attachments, enriched with Jinja Templates standard; an VS Code Editor is available. Templates are easy to change during operation as needed by the business team in a simple way.

High level of security
We provide one database per customer, which assures data segregation and allows us to offer enhanced security to customers, customer data is not mixed this is by the default system architecture. We can offer, on-demand and extra cost, as a premium option, a virtual machine with the application so customers will retain full control over all data and the system itself, attachments being stored encrypted.
Simple to use and integrate
We offer a complete API set, so it is easy to integrate with any application, regardless of the programming language used by the business app. Also, we have a modern UI to allow customers to set up their templates visually with minimal training, so business users and message recipients need no training, transition is seamless, they just receive alerts as usual but improved.
Our product assures operational reliability
We load-tested MCNE to larger than expected concurrent volumes and once a message reaches MCNE API it is never lost: the message goes to a message queue system where it resides until it is resolved, then once sent or failed it is logged to the database.
