Users

Easily manage user accounts from the User Management section. View a complete list of users, including their email, active/inactive status, account state (e.g., pending), assigned roles, and the applications they can access. Use the built-in filters to quickly find and organize user data.

Invite a new user

To invite a new user, follow the steps below. Before you begin, make sure you have an account, and you are logged in.
1. Navigate to the “User Management” section from the main menu.
2. Click the “Invite a New User” button.

3. Enter the user’s email address and select their role.

4. Click “Send Invitation”.

5. The invited user will receive an email invitation.
6. In the email, the user must click the confirmation link to proceed.
7. The link redirects the user to a page where they must set a new password (enter and confirm).
8. Once the password is set, the user can log in and access the application.
